Last weekend felt the calling back. However, I decided to change something (following several failures, wasting canvases and colours), where I’ve been unable to ‘burn’ in a way to have distinctive brush strokes. In spite of resident ideas.
Somehow, I found a balance between touch, feeling and inner burn. Got two works, in metallic & interference water colours. Good media, good mats. Simply love it. I think I will follow up with this line of expression.
Both works are already mounted with quality passe-partout quality frames. Pictures with the frames- to follow up, soon.
Short descriptiopn: depicting ‘The void’. Never empty, filled with our imagination . Sciencefiction scenery- Earthy escaped city takes a journey in Universe. More #fiction , less #Science . Just to stimulate the imagination. And can be a front cover for a SciFi Novel.
Artwork participation in campaign: #artistsupportpledge.
Process: Hand sketching with color pencils.
Media Size: 29.7 x 21 cm (A4 size) Media Type: standard black paper, 80gr/m².
Sketched one four men’s meeting, I wanted to create a 3D effect and same time to reach out a situation where showed each attendee talking and listening. Huh!… don’t know how came this idea- the imagination and the art are infinite 🙂 .
Also, I want to participate to the #artistsupportpledge, “Support artists during lockdown!” So that if indeed works as intended, my work will be identified on Twitter with the hashtag #artistsupportpledge .
Process: Hand sketching with pencils and felt tip/ gel/ inkpens (black, grey, white) (ixed media).
Media Size: 32 x 22.5 cm . Media Type: quality paper, fine embossed, 160gr/m².
Sketched this, apart of fact being agaian one light-dark study I wanted to play a little so that turned (I feel…) in something naive. After all, I’ve enjoyed sketching, getting to something deco and naive.
